SOY WAX
All our candles and melts are made from Coconut Soy Wax. Coconut Soy wax is made from soy beans & coconut wax and is environmentally friendly and biodegradable.

Our coconut soy candles give maximum scent throw and minimal smoke.

FIRST BURN

When first lighting your candle ensure the wick has been trimmed to approximately 5mm.

Your candle will need to burn for 3 hours on your first burn to ensure your candle doesn't tunnel.

BURNING YOUR CANDLE

Each time you burn your candle ensure the wick has been trimmed to approximately 5mm to prevent your candle from smoking and your wick from mushrooming.

It's best not to blow out your candle after use as this will create soot and smoke, use a candle snuffer to extinguish the flame.

Allow your candle to cool before relighting to ensure the candle burns evenly.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Do not leave your candle unattended.

Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours.

Keep candles out of direct sunlight and away from hot temperatures.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How should I store and care for my soy candles?

Avoid light and hot temperatures Candle waxes and fragrances are sensitive to both temperature and light, so try to be careful when storing candles. Try to always store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This will always help protect it from discolouration and fading.

Should I do a “first burn” with my new soy candles?

Give it a good first burn! When you light your soy candle for the very first time, let the whole surface melt or it will be tricky to melt past that initial wax 'ring' on future burns. Remember not to leave it burning unattended so ensure you have the time to relax and enjoy it on the first burn

How often should I trim the wick of my soy candles?

Keep your wick trimmed! We recommend trimming the wick every 3 hours of burn time. When trimming, always extinguish the flame, let the candle cool down to room temperature, remove any wick debris and trim the wick before relighting.

How can I get the most scent throw from my diffuser?

Using a glove, turn your sticks around 2-3 times a month. This will ensure your sticks stay moist and keep your room smelling amazing! If your sticks are dry - this means you have left it too long to turn them around.
